I love meeting new people and clients and helping them bring their ideas to life. I love spending time with my girls, camping, fishing, and going to brunch after church on Sundays.

I have been the co-owner and CFO for JNJ Construction since its FFF back in 2008. I love our company, our team, and most importantly the relationships we have with our customers. I was born and raised in Colorado and when I’m not working you can find me spending time sitting on a beach, camping, hunting, fishing, smoking BBQ, and just enjoying quality family time.

As Business Development and Estimating VP, I enjoy the relationships I’ve made with my current customers and developing relationships with new customers. I love seeing our goals come to life and have been working in the Multifamily Industry since 2009. I’m from the Midwest and moved to Colorado in 1997. I really enjoy Classic cars and getting out and meeting others to see their own cars and passions. My wife and I raised two kids and have loved watching them grow into young adults and tackle the world in their own ways.

I am the office and financial manager at JNJ Construction. I was born in Denver and have more than 15 years experience in bookkeeping and customer service. I started with JNJ back in 2018 and have really enjoyed getting to learn so much about the construction industry. I love spending time outdoors with my family and never pass up a chance at some good Mexican food.

Nick Hernandez

I am the Director of Renovations and Capital Improvements and am responsible for making sure that the job is done right, and our customers are happy with their project. I was born and raised in Denver and have lived here all of my life. I started working in the Multifamily industry back in June of 2004 as a Maintenance Tech and instantly fell in love with the industry. I love seeing the look on customers' faces when the job is complete. I used to train Muay Thai Kick Boxing, have run multiple 5k’s, obstacle courses, and I did a half marathon once. Notice I said once. I am also a part of the Denver Nuggets Dance Team, Average Joe’s.

Mike Lally

I am involved with sales and estimating for JNJ Construction. I grew up in Maryland, where I got involved with the multi-unit residential and commercial construction. I moved to Colorado in 2014 to be closer to family and continued to work in the multi-unit residential industry. I love being able to see a set of plans come to life and the expression on the client’s face when everything is complete. I enjoy the time I get with my wife camping in our RV or riding ATV’s. I also volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and Angelica Village which is a non-profit organization for refugee children.

My job with JNJ is to go out and find new business by meeting with potential customers and helping them work through their projects. I am a native of Colorado and have lived in the same are my whole life and while I am new to multifamily, my background is in construction. What I love most about my work with JNJ is that I get to meet new people constantly and help work through all kinds of projects so there is never a dull moment. When I am not making calls at properties, I really enjoy spending time fishing in the mountains with my wife and our dogs.
